April Poesis

Hey Pagani! I’m very excited to announce that I have a guest post up at The Wild Hunt today! Many thanks to Jason for the opportunity to talk a bit more about poetry and Datura.
I am also very excited about the upcoming launch party for Datura, which will be on April 24th at the Life Force Arts Center in Chicago! Several poets from the book will be there to read their work. (If you’d like more info about the launch party, email me at figsandhoney@gmail.com).
AND this month, I’m pleased to announce the establishment of the Chicago Esoteric Literary Arts Collective. The ELAC is a project I’ve been fermenting in my little brain for quite a while, and I think this is a great month for its debut.
I am short on words today, ironically, since yesterday evening I managed to catch my fingertip in a heavy oak door and now sport a lovely black and blue fingernail…makes typing a bit of a challenge. Lessons in paying attention.
